Eda Oerkuen
Eda Oerkuen is a Corporate Associate at Montgomery Pacific with a practice focused on start-ups, venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions. She assists clients with various transactional matters, including corporate formations, angel and venture capital financings, stock and asset acquisitions, and general corporate counseling.
Eda earned her LL.M. from the University of Southern California, and received her Diplom-Jurist from the Humboldt University of Berlin in Germany. She is admitted to practice law in California. She is fluent in both German and Turkish.
