Angelique Tremble

Angelique Tremble is a Corporate Associate at Montgomery Pacific and focuses her practice on emerging growth companies.

Angelique’s experience includes corporate and LLC formation, intellectual property licensing, drafting and reviewing other general commercial contracts and agreements, as well as venture financings.

Angelique practiced with Cooley Godward, San Francisco prior to joining Montgomery Pacific. She completed her undergraduate education at the University of Pennsylvania and she received her J.D. from Boalt Hall School of Law (UC Berkeley). She has also served as an associate professor of corporate law in San Francisco State University’s paralegal certificate program.
