Kathy Woeber Gardner

Kathy is passionate about working with entrepreneurs who are expanding their businesses to Silicon Valley from outside the U.S., as well as Silicon Valley based companies planning to grow their businesses domestically and internationally. She serves as a trusted legal and business advisor to venture capital investors, technology and life science start-ups and later-stage private companies, and has extensive cross-border transactional experience working with clients in Australia, Asia, Europe, and Latin America.

Kathy enlists her extensive multinational law firm experience and pragmatic business skills to provide corporate legal counsel to Montgomery Pacific’s clients, and to represent them in angel and venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions (including flip ups), IP licenses and other commercial transactions.
